Our purity principle

In order to be able to recycle end materials properly and fully, they must meet one of the most important criteria, purity. Therefore, the purity of our end materials is very important to us, as it is close to our own hearts to put high-quality products back into circulation.

Our crushing plants are multifunctional and do not only crush railway sleepers but also building rubble, rocks and many other materials from reinforced concrete and natural stones.

Concrete railroad sleepers

There are many different types of railroad sleepers, but they all have one thing in common: our jaw crushers are their only chance of ever being recycled and re-used again.

Every concrete sleeper that passes through our crushers is broken down into all its component parts at the end, with a purity of over 99%.

The long iron wires, which are inside the reinforced concrete, are cleaned so thoroughly that no pieces of concrete stick to them. They even remain completely straight when thrown out of crushing plants.

Iron plates, which are on top of the railway sleepers, are separated from all other materials in the sorting process and collected autonomously in a pile.

Ballast, which is produced from the crushed concrete of the railroad tie, is crushed to a maximum grain size of approx. 0 - 120mm by crushing the sleepers. Our powerful impact crushers even break down the materials in such a way that they produce very fine cement dust during the crushing process, which is so pure that it often petrifies due to the water mixed to it.

Plastic and wood, which often sneaks into the crushing plants with the sleepers, is 100% separated from the steel and can be isolated in a further sorting process.

Construction waste

Since construction waste mainly consists of materials such as iron, concrete, bricks and other building materials, our plants can of course also be used for crushing construction waste. In the sorting processes, this is again separated into short metals, long metals and pure waste without iron. This construction waste can in turn be fed into a second crushing stage, also without any problems in cone crushers or impact mills, as it is free of any metals and steel.

Underground, above ground and much more

Our crushing systems are also used for open-cast mines, quarries and underground mines, which convey large quantities of demolition material on a daily basis. We can supply systems that can be adjusted to several different grain sizes and separate the individual materials extracted. Our systems can even be used exhaust-free in underground mines.

Our many years of experience in the field of recycling and crusher machinery make us the right supplier for any orders in these sectors.
